d-Tetramethrin (d-Phthalthrin, d-trans-tetramethrin, '(1,3-dioxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroisoindol-2-yl)methyl-(1R-trans)-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)cyclopropane-1-carboxylate, CAS#1166-46-7) is an pesticide with powerful and rapid knockdown action to fly, mosquito and other household pests and expelling action to roach but no lethal effect, in mixture with other lethal pesticides in aerosol and spray against household and livestock pests (fly, mosquito and etc), garden and food storage pests. Its efficacy is better than d-Tetramethrin and twice as that of Tetramethrin.
It is one of most popular household insecticides recommended by WHO.
